Hey, Tracy here…

When I was eight, a talent agent told me I was “too shy” after an audition. That moment stuck.

I was determined to prove her wrong.
So I learned how to take up space.

I’m 4'11. I had to figure out how to hold a room with presence, not volume. I trained as a professional actor at one of the top programs in the world, learning how to speak with intention, shift energy, and connect without dominating. I didn’t do it all the time, but I learned how to turn it on when I needed to. And I still do.

Eventually, I moved into the startup world. One company I joined went from zero to 20 million users in a matter of weeks. At Pluto TV, I helped grow the platform from pre-launch to a major audience milestone, leading campaigns and partnerships across teams. I worked cross-functionally, often as the only woman in the room.

I kept getting asked to lead meetings—not because I had all the answers, but because I could help people find their voice, cut through the noise, and actually move things forward. That ability to create clarity and momentum became one of my greatest strengths.

What I learned is that leadership isn’t just about being smart or strategic.
It’s about how you show up when it counts.

The moments that define your influence don’t usually happen on a launch calendar.
They show up in 1:1s, team meetings, and executive rooms.
In tough conversations, turning points, and times when people need someone steady to follow.

That’s the work I care most about. Helping leaders get clear on who they are, what they stand for, and how to lead from that place with confidence, clarity, and conviction.

My clients are already high performers. They don’t need fixing. They need space to reconnect with their voice, align their leadership with their values, and grow into the version of themselves their next chapter requires.

I help them become the kind of leader others want to follow.
The one with presence and chutzpah.
The one who can enroll people in a vision and back it up with action.
The one who has the hard conversation when it needs to happen—not weeks later.
The one who trusts themselves enough to lead with authority.

That’s why I created Practice Zone™—a space for real-world rehearsal. Improv meets executive coaching. We work on communication, presence, and mindset so leaders can show up powerfully when the stakes are high.
