Before I met Tracy last year I had read every book out there about making career changes and even had a few sessions with other coaches, but nothing addressed my dissatisfaction and stagnation. At the beginning of our batch of session, she asked me to get clear on my goals and work towards them systematically, which ironically taught me that I wanted something different than what I had thought! The result is that I am a year into a new job, in a new sector, earning triple what I've earned annually for the past ten years, and feeling excited, invested and challenged daily.
